Parents and Players

All parents and players currently participating in soccer related activities, a Cal North sanctioned team, club, league, or state team using your 2016/2017 Cal North player pass, must review the information above, sign the documents, and return the signed forms to the league or club. This means all players participating in spring soccer must have both forms signed and turned in. Spring league coaches should have sent an email with the forms to be signed. The forms must be signed before taking the field.
